One-year colour-fade coverage

Eligible imported 925 sterling silver pieces include one-year colour-fade coverage from the date of purchase. Eligibility is stated on the product page.

What is covered

The warranty covers qualifying colour fading on eligible 925 silver pieces during normal wear.

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover loss, theft, scratches, dents, bending, broken stones, accidental damage, misuse, repairs by another party, or damage caused by chemicals, perfume, cosmetics, moisture or improper storage.

How to make a claim

Contact ASORA on WhatsApp at +92 320 9167089 with your order number and clear photos. Proof of purchase is required. ASORA will inspect the piece and confirm the available repair, replacement or other remedy.
